Suggested Itinerary:

Day 1
We'll depart early morning for our trip to Gettysburg. Upon arrival in Gettysburg we'll visit the Gettysburg National Military Park. There we will see the electric map and cyclorama and then take a guided tour of the battlefields. When the tour is complete we'll have dinner at the Dobbin House Tavern and then continue the drive to Washington DC.
Day 2
After breakfast in the hotel, we'll head downtown and visit the Capitol Building for a tour. After our visit, we'll walk over to the Supreme Court for a lecture in the court room. Next we'll walk over to Union Station for lunch. After lunch, we'll take a guided tour of the monuments and memorials including a visit to the WWII Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, FDR Memorial, and the Lincoln Memorial. We'll also make a stop near the Whitehouse for photos. After the tour, we'll drive to Alexandria for dinner at Bertucci's and ghost tour (walking).
Day 3
After breakfast in the hotel, we'll visit the International Spy Museum and then head over to the National Holocaust Museum. We'll have free time during the rest of the afternoon to visit the Smithsonian Museums. In the evening, we'll have dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and then see a performance at Ford's Theatre. .
Day 4

This morning we'll visit Arlington Cemetery before beginning the trip back home.
